As the Digital Product Manager - Content Management Platform & Automated Workflows, you will lead the team responsible for modernizing our content management platform and creating a successful content management system that supports the quantity, quality, and speed of content delivery. You will work closely with leaders across digital, technology, customer experience, and business stakeholders to outline requirements, identify and assess potential solutions, and create a roadmap that modernizes the content platform. These experiences are foundational to the digital experience strategy and support content for all our products and services Chase has to offer for our customers.
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Act as the voice of the customer/platform user in articulating and prioritizing desired functionality
  • Partner with Technology teams and other key stakeholders to create the content management roadmap
  • Create epics and guide business analysts in user story creation and backlog grooming
  • Actively participate in scrum ceremonies and provide prioritization and feedback to teams
  • Drive product prioritization across Digital channels and X-LOB Product Groups
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and ensure consistency; determine cross impacts; distinguish user requests from the underlying user needs
  • Will manage 1-2 business analyst

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into strategic value statements and reasons to believe
  • Platform product management: APIs, integrations, reusable capabilities, multi-tenant/channel considerations, and operating model thinking.
  • Strong and polished verbal, written, and presentations skills; ability to articulate at the right level of detail to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and risks with calmness under pressure
  • Team-oriented disposition and positive attitude

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Prior experience managing platform and or working with content management systems
  • Familiarity with headless and omni-channel content
  • Familiarity with adjacent tooling: DAM, experimentation/personalization, SEO tooling, analytics, and release management
  • Workflow design & orchestration: ability to map content lifecycle states, stage gates, roles/permissions, routing rules, and exception handling.
  • AI/agentic product experience: integrating AI into products, defining guardrails and human-in-the-loop patterns, and setting measurable quality standards.
  • Customer obsession, digital product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred
