What You'll Do

  • Perform meticulous quality assurance checks on content templates, including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring adherence to publishing standards, metadata accuracy, and accessibility guidelines before content ingestion.
  • Publish and maintain digital content within the content management system, strictly following established workflows and release requirements.
  • Support bulk content ingestion workflows for both English and localized versions, coordinating seamlessly with content, design, and localization teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, tracking systems, status updates, and audit trails for all publishing activities.

  • Strong expertise with leading productivity suite applications, particularly document, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Hands-on experience using a content management or publishing platform to prepare, publish, update, and maintain digital content.
