Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Business Systems & Data Analyst 4

Work Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Bachelor’s Degree Required

Job Description:
  • Perform research and facilitate workshops and meetings to discover and document training processes from analysis through evaluation and updates.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and interviews to gather business requirements.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using business and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Track KPI improvements and prepare process optimization reports.
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 9+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • 3+ years of experience documenting complex workflows from multiple stakeholders.
  • 3+ years identifying technical solutions for business process improvements.
  • Strong business requirements elicitation and communication skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Experience tracking and reporting KPIs for software development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Familiarity with databases, dashboards, artificial intelligence, learning taxonomies, and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS).
  • Understanding of instructional design, performance management, and reusable learning objects.
  • Experience in the aerospace, airline, or related industry.
Education/Experience:

Technical Bachelor’s degree and typically 9 or more years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 7 or more years, or a PhD with typically 4 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
