- Content management background is preferable

- Ability to work with customer on various programs and

- 5+ years as a strong Project Manager

- Service Delivery Managers, Development Managers, Maintenance Project Leads, and Onsite Co-ordinator roles are not considered.

- No infrastructure exp required. Core application development and complex apps delivery experienced resources.

Business Analyst - Content Management:

Programme Context:

Global rollout of a Content Management System (CMS) across the entire company

Content and data migration from existing systems to the new CMS and onboarding of all new Products to the CMS

Responsibilities:

Business centric approach

User requirement elicitation via workshops, interviews, case studies and any other effective means

Ensuring that the Business Requirements are documented, managed, prioritised, signed off, tested and that the system is successfully adopted by the Users

As Is process mapping

To Be process definition (in conjunction with technology)

Creation of Acceptance Criteria

Creation of UAT scenarios and overseeing the UAT process

Stakeholder analysis

Work with Technology to enable them to define solutions

Work with the Test team to ensure requirements are understood and testable

Work with the Training team to ensure that User training needs are met

Aftercare

Required Knowledge and Experience 

At least 3 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role covering the end to end project lifecycle and all of the responsibilities above

Educated to degree level or has relevant experience

Worked in both Agile and Waterfall environments

Desired Experience

Experience of Content Management / Asset Management Systems

Experience within Publishing

Specific BA certifications
