Job description

Job title: AEM Product Manager/ portfolio Manager

Location: Alameda, CA 3- 4 days onsite in a week / Can try for non-local Candidate if Candidate is extremely good and available for travel to the client location.

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a content management platform
• Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Content Authoring, Templates, Components, and Workflows
• Knowledge of AEM Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• Experience coordinating with developers on AEM-based website enhancements and releases
• Understanding of AEM publishing processes, content governance, and content lifecycle management
• Experience working with AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.x environments
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics, and personalization within AEM
• Ability to manage business requirements and translate them into AEM content and platform capabilities
• Experience collaborating with UX, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams using AEM-driven digital platforms
• Knowledge of integrations between AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is preferred


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in both Project Management and Product Management roles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex programs
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate to senior leadership
• Experience working with partners, vendors, and delivery teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a portfolio of initiatives
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, DAM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Templates, Components, and Workflows
• Experience managing digital experience platforms, content management systems, and web technologies
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product delivery methodologies
• Experience with roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem is highly preferred.
