Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and an Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy specializing in Digital Transformations. They are seeking an AEM / Content Manager / AEM Developer to migrate to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to modernize content management capabilities, enhance operational efficiency, and empower business teams to manage and publish content independently.
Responsibilities:
• Migrating to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) presents a strategic opportunity to modernize our content management capabilities with a scalable, enterprise-grade platform.
• AEM enhances operational efficiency, streamlines content delivery, and empowers business teams to manage and publish content independently, reducing reliance on IT and accelerating time-to-market.
• While recent automation efforts have improved aspects of the current deployment process, we continue to face significant limitations due to the size and complexity of Bitbucket repositories.
• These constraints are causing frequent deployment failures and inefficiencies that hinder our ability to scale.
• Although GitHub is being implemented as a replacement, this transition is costly and primarily serves as a temporary workaround, shifting technical debt rather than resolving the underlying issues.
• Several product areas have already migrated to AEM and are realizing benefits in speed, flexibility, and governance.
• However, broader modernization efforts remain delayed due to project delays (e.g. PE Classic Retirement) and resource funding gaps.
• As a result, targeted migration timelines continue to slip, putting our long-term strategic content management vision at risk.
• Investing in the full migration to AEM is essential to eliminate our bottlenecks, reduce operational overhead, and enable a future-ready content ecosystem that supports our business strategy.
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) offers a robust set of benefits for content management that has led Vanguard to standardize this product across the enterprise.
• Centralized Content Management - Unified platform for managing websites, mobile apps, and forms.
• Personalization and Targeting - Integrates with Adobe Target to deliver personalized experiences based on user behavior and preferences, so it can support dynamic content delivery tailored to various audience segments.
• Scalability and Flexibility - Built to support large-scale content operations with multilingual and multisite capabilities.
• Also offers headless CMS options for flexible front-end development.
• Workflow and Collaboration - Provides customizable workflows for content creation, review, and approval with version control.
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) - Includes a powerful DAM system for storing, organizing, and distributing digital assets.
• Features AI-powered tagging and search to improve asset discoverability.
• Cloud-Native Capabilities - AEM as a Cloud Service offers automatic scaling, updates, and security.
• Reduces infrastructure management overhead and improves uptime.
