Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, design, and execute Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects (mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Manage and administer Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
  • Perform cutover, staged, and hybrid Exchange migrations.
  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), authentication, and federation services.
  • Troubleshoot migration issues, including mail flow, directory synchronization, and user access.
  • Provide pre-migration assessments, document migration plans, and deliver post-migration support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime and smooth transition.
  • Implement security, compliance, and governance policies within O365 environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and migration projects.
  • Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016/2019.
  • Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations (mail, calendar, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, Identity & Access Management.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance settings in O365.
