Job Description:
Migration Analyst
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of data/system migration lifecycle and release management processes.
  • Experience with migration planning tools, trackers, and execution reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with access management, role provisioning, and ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (tracking/reporting) and PowerPoint (executive communications).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise system migrations.
  • Familiarity with systems such as CRM, SQO, OSO, Azure, and Web Security tools.
  • Exposure to Agile, DevOps, or release governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting 24x7 production environments and migration events.

Mandatory Skills: Telco Business Process Modeling.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
