Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and documentation abilities. The ideal candidate will lead complex migration projects while maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders and producing high-quality documentation. Projects include Google Workspace to M365 transitions, on-premises to cloud infrastructure migrations, and M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.

This position requires availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time to meet client obligations.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

- Plan, document, and execute various types of migration projects:

- Google Workspace to Microsoft 365

- Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online

- M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations

- SharePoint On-premises to SharePoint Online

- Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions

- Conduct detailed technical assessments and present findings to stakeholders

- Create comprehensive migration documentation, including:

- Technical design documents

- Migration runbooks

- Risk mitigation plans

- User communication templates

- Knowledge transfer documentation

- Develop and implement migration strategies with minimal operational impact

- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project lifecycle

- Conduct effective status meetings and progress reviews

- Manage environment coexistence during migrations

- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 environments

- Implement security and governance best practices

- Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer

Qualification (Must Have)

- Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification

Proven experience in:
