  • Systems Administrator of Windows 11 client/server and Microsoft 365 SaaS solution and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Viva, Teams and Cisco Webex to maintain stable and effective desktop platform
  • Windows 11 OSD/OEM RTP (Ready Image To Provision) (Operating System Deployment)ย 
  • SCCM/inTune for Windows
  • Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Modern Browsers like Edge/Chrome / EntraID / Active Directory User & Computer Management and GPOs / Splunk
  • Certification in ITIL V3 Foundation in Service Management is a plus
  • Experience with virtual/remote desktop & application platforms such as Windows 365, AVD, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer/VMware ESX and PaloAlto SASE VPN.
