Job Summary:

We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team as an Oracle Fusion Data Migration Lead. This role involves leading the data migration strategy and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud across various modules, ensuring data quality and readiness for testing cycles.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end data migration strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Procurement, PPM, and FAH modules.
• Define and manage the data migration framework, including scope, methodology, data quality rules, reconciliation approach, environments, and migration cycles.
• Lead data object discovery, data profiling, and data mapping workshops with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Oversee the design and build of data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) components using FBDI/ADFDI, ODI, FDI, and ADW pipelines where applicable.
• Collaborate with functional teams to validate mapping rules, transformation logic, cross-module dependencies, and reference data alignment.
• Define and manage mock cycles, including Cycle 1/2/3 execution, defect resolution, and reconciliation processes.
• Direct the development of data validation scripts, SQL-based reconciliation queries, and reporting checks across subledgers and the general ledger.
• Partner with Integration and Technical teams to support migration-related integrations, pre-load checks, post-load validations, and workflow triggers.
• Manage data readiness for SIT, UAT, Parallel Testing, and Cutover, ensuring availability of high-quality data for all testing cycles.
• Lead cutover data migration planning and execution, including coordinated runbooks, load sequencing, freezing windows, and approval gates.
• Establish governance for mastering data quality, tracking data issues, data cleansing progress, and business ownership alignment.
• Provide direction and oversight to offshore data migration resources and ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including data mapping sheets, conversion design documents, reconciliation logs, KPIs, and migration dashboards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of experience in data migration, with 7+ years delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud data migrations.
• Expertise in FBDI/ADFDI, ODI, FDI, ADW, SQL/PLSQL, and ETL methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data structures and conversion requirements for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, Suppliers, and FAH.
• Experience executing multi-cycle migration for large-scale ERP programs across multiple geographies (NA, EMEA, APAC).
• Prior experience with data cleansing, data profiling, validation rules, mapping logic, and migration error handling.
• Strong knowledge of financial and procurement data models, including subledger-to ledger posting logic.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT cycles with test data preparation and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage offshore teams and coordinate with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Oracle Fusion Financials or Procurement Cloud Implementation Specialist.
• OCI Data Integration Associate.
• Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud 2023 Certified Specialist.
