The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with proven experience managing complex data migration projects involving multiple target systems and terabytes of enterprise data. • Assess, organize, cleanse, standardize, and optimize legacy datasets to improve usability, accessibility, and business value.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision making.
  • Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools for document management, collaboration, and data governance activities.
  • Define and implement appropriate methodologies, processes, and best practices for enterprise data migration and data management projects.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams through migration planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support activities.
  • Provide leadership and support for a team of approximately 50 users and stakeholders engaged in data migration and ongoing data management efforts.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, security, and compliance throughout migration and cleanup activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities, and overall data quality.
  • Support adoption of modern Microsoft data tools by enabling business teams with well-structured, optimized datasets and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and migration objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in data migration, data governance, data management, or enterprise data transformation projects.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, report creation, and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint for content management, collaboration, and document organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) tools and ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale data migration and data cleanup initiatives involving high-volume datasets.
  • Experience migrating data across multiple enterprise applications and target systems.
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data validation, data governance, and migration best practices.
  • Ability to establish migration methodologies and processes for enterprise applications.
  • Experience coordinating and influencing large teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
