Data Migration & Integration Lead Summary: Lead data architecture and database operations, ensuring reliable, high-performing, and well-governed data services that support contract writing, reporting, modernization, and enterprise data quality through common data models and structures.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or IT.
  • 10 years in data architecture, data migration, and API integration, with experience in DoD procurement data standards.
  • AWS Certified Data Engineer, or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
  • CompTia Sec+ certification
  • Ability to support performance, availability, integrity, and data standards
  • Knowledge of data structures, integration patterns, reporting support, and operational sustainment in production environments
  • Experience supporting cloud environments, with knowledge of common platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical applications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing data supporting Appian environments
  • Experience with Oracle environments, data warehouse or business intelligence support, phased data migration, contract-related data, and collaboration with architects, developers, and operational stakeholders in federal mission systems is strongly desired
  • Oracle Certification preferred
