Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Project Manager to lead end-to-end data migration initiatives for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration planning and execution across multiple systems.
  • Manage data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
  • Coordinate business and technical teams to ensure data readiness and quality.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and migration deliverables.
  • Lead migration readiness, mock migration, production cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Support large-scale ERP, application modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience managing enterprise data migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience managing ETL/data migration initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating business and technical teams.
  • Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Informatica or similar ETL/data migration platforms.
  • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or other ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, DataStage, Talend, SSIS, or similar migration technologies.
