In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Define and execute SAP system migration strategy Conduct feasibility assessments and readiness checks Prepare technical migration plans, timelines, and resource alignment Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams for integrated planning
• Administer and maintain SAP systems including S/4HANA, Business Objects, CPI, and HANA Cockpit.
• Experience with SAP Archiving system.
• Perform tuning and optimization on SAP HANA database
• Perform system installations, upgrades, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness of SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP application deployments and integrations.
• Manage transport management system (TMS) and perform client copies, system refreshes, and backups.
• Participate in system architecture planning, capacity planning, and performance tuning
• Experience in S/4HANA system architecture and administration.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, SAP CPI, and HANA Cockpit.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix environments, database administration (especially SAP HANA), and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience in system integration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex SAP landscapes.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $73,000 to $102,200
