1. Should have experience in SAP TM enhancements based on process controller strategies
2. Should have experience in SAP TM change controller enhancements
3. Should have experience in creation of custom BOs/enhance SAP TM BOs for new business process objects
4. Should have experience in BOBF determinations and custom actions
5. Should have experience in Creation of UI enhancements(enhance POWL in SAP TM, Create/Extend FPM/FBIs)
6. Should have experience in PPF actions and setup for SAP TM
7. Should have experience in creation of BRF+ based conditions
8. Should have experience in configuring and customizing TM Web Services for Integration
9. Should have experience in Monitoring and Troubleshooting TM to other systems integration
10. Should have ABAP on HANA Programming Experience
11. Should have SAP Adobe Forms & Smart forms Development & Unit Testing Experience
12. Should have experience in Development & Unit Testing of Interfaces using IDOC, FILE, SOAP/PROXY/Webservices, ODATA APIs & CDS-Extractors
13. Should have experience in Object Oriented ABAP Programming
14. Should have experience in Development & Unit Testing of Enhancements using BADIs, Customer Exits(Screen & Function exits), User Exits, Enhancement framework and In-app extensibility
