Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking an ERP Data Migration Analyst to support a major ERP transformation. This role is responsible for migrating large data sets from legacy systems into a new ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Execute ERP data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading
* Validate and reconcile data to ensure integrity and accuracy
* Map data between legacy systems and ERP platforms
* Identify and resolve migration issues and data gaps
* Support testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live validation
* Document data mapping, migration logic, and processes
Ensure compliance with data standards and governance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting ERP data migration or implementation projects
* Strong experience with large data volumes and validation
* High attention to detail (required)
* Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:
* ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
* ETL or data migration tools experience
* Procurement, finance, or operations data experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
