Data Migration Strategy Lead
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Maintain the Horizon Data Playbook
Aggregate and synthesize the strategies, plans, and interdependencies across all data workstreams—including Bullhorn (1218), Workday (Invisors), CRM, integrations, SOX compliance, client data, and reporting.
• Connect the Silos
Partner across vendors, workstreams, and business leaders to identify cross-team dependencies, overlaps, and sequencing gaps that could impact data migration or testing readiness.
• Build the Unified View
Create and maintain a single source of truth for data-related scope, ownership, and status—driving consistency across all data activities and ensuring alignment to Horizon Wave 2 and Helios Phase 1 milestones and go-live readiness.
• Enable Decision-Making
Develop concise, insight-driven materials for leadership and workstream facilitators that clarify status, trade-offs, and risks across the data landscape.
• Clarify Integration Points
Work with data owners and engineers to ensure alignment between Workday (Helios), Bullhorn, HubSpot, and enterprise data architecture efforts—bridging where system integration meets business process.
• Monitor and Surface Risks
Identify potential data quality, sequencing, or compliance issues early. Partner with facilitators and owners to ensure risks are logged, mitigations are defined, and decisions are well-documented.
• Support Program Governance
Contribute to program-level reporting and CRAIDD updates by providing synthesized data-related insights and dependencies for inclusion in executive reporting.
• Ensure Readiness and Completeness
Partner with delivery teams to confirm that all data activities—mapping, migration, validation, archiving, and compliance—are covered and advancing in alignment with program priorities.
Profile
• Experienced in data integration and migration within large enterprise or multi-vendor programs (Workday, Bullhorn, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems).

• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and validation within complex operational systems.
• Capable of turning complexity into clarity—translating highly technical information into concise, actionable insights for leadership.
