Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Should have strong experience managing enterprise ALM transformation programs involving PTC RV&S (Integrity), Polarion ALM, PLM/ALM integrations, migration, and change management.
· Should have experience leading migration planning, dependency tracking, risk management, cutover planning, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness for large-scale ALM programs.
· Should have working knowledge of data migration, integration touchpoints, workflow standardization, access management, and governance considerations in ALM platforms.
· Should be experienced in Agile/Hybrid delivery, milestone planning, sprint governance, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
· Should be able to coordinate cross-functional teams including business SMEs, ALM consultants, integration architects, data migration teams, vendors, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
Own overall project planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking for the ALM migration/transformation program.
· Build and maintain the integrated project plan covering assessment, analysis, design, migration, integration, validation, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
· Coordinate stakeholder workshops, requirement alignment sessions, decision reviews, and executive status updates.
· Track scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and action items across business, IT, vendor, and architecture teams.
· Ensure migration readiness by coordinating data assessment, mapping sign-off, integration impact assessment, testing cycles, UAT planning, cutover approach, and rollback considerations.
· Drive governance routines including weekly status reviews, RAID reviews, steering committee inputs, vendor follow-ups, and escalation management.
· Manage project communications, decision logs, meeting notes, delivery dashboards, and leadership-ready progress reporting.
· Partner with solution architects, ALM SMEs, integration teams, and business owners to ensure delivery outcomes meet business, compliance, quality, and traceability expectations.
· Support change management, adoption planning, training coordination, and transition to steady-state support after go-live.
