Job Title: Syniti Data Migration Consultant (SAP)
Location: onsite in Lisle, IL.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Syniti Data Migration Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP data migration projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure high-quality data migration into SAP systems. The role requires strong expertise in Syniti and SAP master data objects.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end data migration activities using Syniti, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
Create and maintain source-to-target (S2T) data mapping at the column level.
Work with SAP business and technical teams to migrate master and transactional data.
Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, and enrichment to improve data quality.
Validate migrated data and perform source-to-target reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support data quality analysis, issue resolution, and migration testing.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
Prepare migration documentation, mapping specifications, and validation reports.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Syniti for data migration, data quality, and validation.
Experience creating source-to-target (S2T) data mappings at the field/column level.
Knowledge of SAP data objects, including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.
Experience in data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, and data quality management.
Strong experience performing data reconciliation between source and target systems.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Migration.
Knowledge of SAP Data Services (BODS) or SAP Migration Cockpit.
Familiarity with SQL and ETL tools.
