About the Role
As a Facets Data Migration Development Lead, you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and delivery of complex data migration solutions for healthcare payer organizations implementing the TriZetto Facets platform. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Platform Consulting team and work collaboratively with business analysts, technical leads, client stakeholders, and development teams to deliver high-quality migration solutions that support successful implementation outcomes. In this role, you will:
  • Lead data migration strategy, solution design, and development activities for Facets implementation and transformation programs.
  • Facilitate data mapping reviews with business and technical stakeholders to validate migration requirements and mapping rules.
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, and migration solution design while leveraging Facets functionality and best practices.
  • Lead code reviews, design reviews, estimation, planning, and delivery oversight for migration development teams.
  • Partner with onsite technical leads, business analysts, and client stakeholders to resolve migration issues and clarify requirements.
  • Support testing, QA, UAT, and production deployment activities through defect analysis, solution validation, and issue resolution.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while providing proactive communication to leadership teams.
  • Mentor developers and technical leads while promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence across the team.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
  • 9+ years of healthcare payer industry experience with strong knowledge of Membership, Enrollment, Claims, and Billing processes.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting TriZetto Facets data migration initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Facets data analysis, migration strategy development, and migration solution design.
  • Advanced PL/SQL experience for data analysis, migration development, and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of the Facets data model and relationships across functional modules.
  • Experience leading development teams and coordinating activities with clients, business analysts, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with estimation, solution design reviews, code reviews, and development governance.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

These Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience leading large-scale Facets implementation, modernization, or migration programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare data conversion methodologies, data quality practices, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience creating solution vision documents, scorecards, testing strategies, and migration deliverables.
  • Strong background in healthcare payer operations across Commercial, Medicaid, or Medicare lines of business.
  • Experience mentoring development teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working within consulting or client-facing delivery organizations.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
