Job description

Schedule is: Monday-Friday 9a-3p
Hourly rate starting at $22. This is a temporary project based position lasting no longer than three months.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Updates training database and supports in training portion of all audits
  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and proactively seeks guidance when faced with complex or unfamiliar situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Negative drug screen

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • Excellent, written, verbal, organizational skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

EQUIPMENT/MACHINES USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS JOB
  • The incumbent must maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate office equipment and machines used in the performance of this job
