Schedule is: Monday-Friday 9a-3pHourly rate starting at $22. This is a temporary project based position lasting no longer than three months. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Updates training database and supports in training portion of all audits
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and proactively seeks guidance when faced with complex or unfamiliar situations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
- Valid Driver's license
- Negative drug screen
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: - Excellent, written, verbal, organizational skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
EQUIPMENT/MACHINES USED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS JOB - The incumbent must maintain skills necessary to safely and efficiently operate office equipment and machines used in the performance of this job
