Job description

TITLE: Ticket Seller

POSITION TYPE: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

COMPANY: Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC

LOCATION: SAP Center & Tech CU Arena

REPORTS TO: Ticket Office Manager

POSTING DATED: June 2026

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $22.57 per hour - (SEIU Local 1877- Salary Schedule)


Position Overview

Ticket Sellers are housed in our LexisNexis Risk Solutions Ticket Office at SAP Center and Tech CU Ticket Office at Tech CU Arena and provide outstanding service to our guests by selling event tickets and answering any ticket questions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with a consistent level of impressive service that exceeds their expectations during all events.
  • Accurately sell tickets to guests who appear at the ticket windows.
  • Answer event and ticket information.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must clear background check
  • Must be able to wear SSE assigned uniform during all shifts
  • Must be able to utilize technology to sell tickets
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work with people of all ages
  • Must be customer-service oriented

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time
  • Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals
  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice)
