Trade Processing Clerk Job Description

This is a 12 Week projectย  (Completion bonus)

This is a full-time Monday โ€“ Friday position on a team assigned to one of our large clients based in Minnesota.ย  The role is On-site with some โ€œwork from homeโ€ย  (Fridays), ย .

Processing clerks perform various activities to support qualified Data Processors to prepare and document data related to 3Mโ€™s Trade fees that may be eligible for refund.ย  Self-motivated people who like numbers and have an eye for detail will thrive in this role.

Attention to detail is very important.ย  You will also prepare reports, and file records.

The following skills are essential to getting the job done:

  • Accountingย โ€“ work with numbers on a frequent basis
  • Communication skillsย โ€“ communicate with vendors, clients, and other staff to resolve billing inaccuracies, so they need excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Math skillsย โ€“ making quick and accurate math calculations is essential for job success
  • Customer serviceย โ€“ need the ability to interface with customers in a clear and pleasant way
  • Data entryย โ€“perform data entry using computer software
  • Administrative skillsย โ€“ general administrative and clerical work
  • Organization skillsย โ€“must be excellent multitaskers who are able to prioritize and execute many assignments in quick and efficient manner
