Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks a Clerical II to support our Federal Government client. As a Clerical II you will assist in the reviewing, maintenance, organization of files, and as follows:
Clerical II Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide word processing and data entry/retrieval.
  • Type correspondence using MSWord and other word processing software (letter, memo, report, etc.).
  • Type forms.
  • Generate form letters.
  • Merge form letters with mailing lists.
  • Apply specialized terminology.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Perform on-line data update and verification of existing records.
  • Perform on-line creation of new record.
  • Perform on-line modification of records to correct mis-keyed or mis-related data.
  • Print predetermined management reports.
  • Answer inquiries regarding case-related information as maintained in the database.

Clerical II Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Must be eligible to receive a Public Trust
  • Must be able to work on-site at work location
  • Obtain at least 1+ years of filing and administrative experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively
