As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations through detailed spreadsheet review, data validation, invoice processing, and reporting. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work and is comfortable spending the majority of their day working within Excel.

Data Entry Responsibilities:
• Review and audit spreadsheets containing customer information, VIN numbers, dollar amounts, and financial data
• Process invoices, verify payments, and maintain accurate financial records
• Utilize Excel daily to track, organize, and analyze data
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Support administrative and financial operations through reporting and documentation

Data Entry Requirements:
• 6+ months of recent Excel experience required
• Comfortable spending most of the workday reviewing spreadsheets and working with numerical data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
• Ability to learn detailed processes and work independently in a structured environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Pay: $20.00/hr
