Job description

Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (2–3 Month Assignment)

We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support our team during an employee leave of absence. This is a full-time temporary assignment expected to last approximately 2-3 months, beginning at the end of July.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and vendor payments
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with general accounts payable tasks as needed

Pay:

  • $25–$30/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience required
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
