Job description

We are seeking a Temporary Legal Administrative Assistant for a 2-3 month assignment with a busy legal team in Jacksonville. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with prior legal support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Prepare, format, and manage legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain calendars, scheduling, and case files
  • Handle filing, data entry, and general office support duties
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
Qualifications:
  • Prior legal administrative or legal assistant experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
Assignment Details:
  • Temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months
  • Jacksonville, FL
  • Full-time hours
