Front Desk Receptionist $22-$24/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A growing office environment in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and incoming deliveries. This is a strong opportunity for someone with receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing experience who is looking for consistent hours and long-term potential. What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk check-in
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and general office documentation
  • Support filing, data entry, and administrative organization
  • Keep reception and common areas organized
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with restocking
  • Use standard office equipment including phones, copiers, and computers
