Job Summary

Seeking a professionalย Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinatorย to support an onsite corporate law firm environment. This role requiresย prior switchboard and multi-line phone system experienceย and is ideal for candidates fromย hospitality, concierge, or corporate receptionย backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aย multi-line switchboard; answer, screen, and transfer high-volume calls
  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional, customer-first approach
