Temporary Front Desk Office Admin

Lingo Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Front Desk & Administrative Assistant for a temporary contract opportunity with an established company in Rockville, VA, located off Greystone Court.

This position is expected to last 2 weeks or longer and is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working with people, answering phones, and keeping an office organized and running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Rockville, VA 23146 – Off Greystone Court Duration: Temporary Contract | 2 weeks

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers appropriately.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Handle general front desk responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and document organization.
  • Help with emails, scheduling, correspondence, and other office needs.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front office.
  • Assist team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
