Job description

At Enochs Eye Care, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. We are looking for a warm, organized and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. This position offers great benefits including health, dental and vision. Paid time off and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients, directing them appropriately.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

Manage the reception area, keeping it clean, tidy and presentable.

Handle daily mail, packages and courier deliveries to the appropriate person or department.

Handle general administrative tasks (scheduling and confirm appointments, process payments, verify insurance etc)

Cross-trained in checking out patients and referring patients to specialists.`

Qualifications:

Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with reliable transportation. Some Saturdays required but not guaranteed.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills with a positive, can do attitude.

Proficiency in general office equipment (computer, printer and scanner)

Experience with Electronic Medical Records helpful but not required.
