In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce telecom products, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations, building interest, and closing deals through confident and engaging communication.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Introduce and promote telecom products, including internet and bundled services
  • Capture customer interest quickly and drive the conversation toward a sale
  • Handle objections and rejections with resilience and professionalism
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
  • Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
  • Stay up to date on products, promotions, and sales strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
