In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential customers, introduce telecom products, and convert leads into sales. Youโ€™ll be responsible for initiating conversations, building interest, and closing deals through confident and engaging communication.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Introduce and promote telecom products, including internet and bundled services
  • Capture customer interest quickly and drive the conversation toward a sale
  • Handle objections and rejections with resilience and professionalism
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
  • Accurately document call outcomes and customer responses
  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
  • Stay up to date on products, promotions, and sales strategies
  • Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements
