IT Program Director- Intel
Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Director . Here, youll see the bigger picture on mission initiatives and where your program management career can go at GDIT.

Were seeking a Senior Director to lead large, complex IT program in the IC, ensuring highquality delivery, performance, and operational excellence across multiple projects and teams.

Job location: Onsite

Required Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in a relevant field; 6-8 years of experience; OR Ph.D. in a relevant field plus 4-6 years of experience or a minimum of 15 years combined IC experience in lieu of degree


Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with poly
US citizenship required

Experience (IT program management): 10 years of program management experience on IT contracts, including at least five (5) years managing multi-task-order or multi-project programs.

Demonstrated responsibility for programs with total contract value of at least $20M+ (single award or aggregated task orders) within the past five (5) years; Managed delivery of IT projects for medium (25-50 FTE) to large teams (51+ FTE) within the past five (5) years

Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.

Knowledge of customer service principles and processes, and the ability to assess customer needs and satisfaction.

Knowledge of production processes and techniques for maximizing the effective implementation of computing systems.

Knowledge of personnel management principles and procedures, including recruitment, training, and labor relations.

Ability to analyze alternative solutions, consider costs and benefits, and make informed decisions.

Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people, and to monitor and assess performance for improvement.

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
