Job description

Overview:Holley Performance Brands is seeking a transformational Program Director to lead the enterprise-wide ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation. This is one of the most critical initiatives in Holley’s modernization journey and will directly impact operational scalability, financial controls, supply chain performance, and customer experience. This leader will own the end-to-end program — translating executive vision into disciplined execution — while ensuring business continuity, risk mitigation, and measurable value realization.Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Strategy

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of the ERP/WMS transformation, aligned to Holley’s strategic and operational objectives.
  • Translate executive vision into a structured, actionable roadmap with clear milestones, KPIs, and value realization targets.
  • Establish governance, decision frameworks, and executive transparency across all workstreams.
  • Ensure program alignment across technology, operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Enterprise Execution & Risk Management

  • Lead cross-functional program managers and workstream leaders to ensure disciplined, integrated delivery.
  • Identify interdependencies and risks early; implement mitigation strategies and enforce accountability.
  • Manage scope, financials, and timeline to ensure on-budget, on-schedule execution.
  • Maintain delivery momentum while safeguarding quality, compliance (including SOX), and operational stability.

System Implementation & Integration

  • Direct ERP, WMS, and integration efforts from solution design through build, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems and data ecosystems.
  • Prioritize business continuity — minimizing disruption while enabling strong post-go-live adoption and measurable performance gains.
  • Hold system integrators and vendors accountable to defined outcomes and contractual commitments.

Stakeholder Alignment & Change Enablement

  • Serve as the connective tissue between IT and the business — Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
  • Drive transparent communication across technical and operational leaders.
  • Champion structured change management to ensure engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption.
  • Lead executive steering committee sessions with clarity, candor, and data-driven insights.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain rigorous documentation across plans, risks, decisions, financials, and performance metrics.
  • Provide clear, fact-based reporting to executive leadership.
  • Escalate issues decisively with recommended solutions.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven success delivering full-cycle ERP implementations (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Direct experience implementing or transforming WMS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to align business process transformation with technical execution.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large program budgets.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with sound judgment in applying them.
  • Experience managing vendors, SOWs, and system integrators in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications.
  • Public company experience with SOX controls.
  • Familiarity with ADO

Leadership Profile

  • Structured, disciplined operator who drives clarity in complexity.
  • Direct communicator who elevates issues early.
  • Resilient under pressure and comfortable in high-visibility environments.
  • Balances urgency with precision.
  • Builds trust across executive and frontline teams.
