The Experience

Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations. The Director of Technical Program Management for Trust & Infrastructure will lead strategic technology programs that drive organizational efficiency and transformation within the Trust & Infrastructure TPM team. You will also spearhead programs driving transformation to Hyperforce, Salesforce's infrastructure product offering built on top of third-party cloud providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Partner with program leadership teams to drive cross-functional planning and execution across Engineering, Customer Enablement, Legal, and Product to deliver key business value.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, mission-critical programs with clear accountability and ownership.
  • Drive cross-domain communication and coordination across multiple cloud environments to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment by applying flexibility, organizational clarity, and strategic leadership to address unforeseen challenges.
