The Role:
Entegris is hiring a new Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (TPM) to join our global team, in support of global activities for projects within our Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) Business Unit. As the new Technical Program Management leader, you will ensure that our key pillars of customer satisfaction, high quality, and scalable achievement of the company's strategic objectives are top of mind. This role combines people management, technical depth, and program execution, ensuring alignment between engineering implementation, product requirements, research & development (R&D) prioritization, and business objectives. The Technical Program Manager acts as a critical bridge between engineering, product management, R&D, manufacturing, quality, and other crossfunctional stakeholders
What You''ll Do:

  • Own execution of technical workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Provide direction and decisionmaking support across projects, ensuring solutions meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements for the ADM portfolio.
  • Drive risk identification, mitigation, and resolution across development and execution phases.
  • Strengthen sampling and NPD execution to reduce cycle time, improve technical readiness, and increase confidence in downstream manufacturing and customer adoption.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of TPMs while fostering a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to align technical deliverables to meet schedules and milestones.
  • Track and report progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Participate in customer discussions as needed to clarify customer requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Promote datadriven decisionmaking and structured problemsolving.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality systems.


What We Seek:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required, advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, or product development environment.
  • 3+ years advance deposition and/or managing new product development programs for semiconductor fabrication experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and technical fluency in Advanced Deposition related chemistry, engineering & manufacturing is required
  • Direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
  • A highly motivated individual, with ability to build and maintain productive relationships cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills, including but not limited to, risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to travel, both domestically and internationally (estimated 10-25%)
