Position Summary...The Director, Technical Program Management leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and business areas. This role drives strategic decision-making, manages cross-functional dependencies, and oversees end-to-end system design and delivery. The position requires expertise in program management, technical architecture, and stakeholder engagement to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and enhance operational efficiency. The director mentors teams, fosters continuous improvement, and champions scalable processes to achieve business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource alignment to meet delivery goals.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, and communicate program status through data-driven insights.
  • Promote automation and tooling to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.
