  • Lead non-catalog proposal execution (management/cost volumes, BOEs, IMS, risk register) and support negotiations and fact-finds.
  • Build trusted customer relationships and serve as an executive-level point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government contracting requirements, including FAR and TINA.
  • Drive a data-driven operating rhythm (PMRs, ETC/EAC reviews, leadership updates) with crisp status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Continuously improve how we deliver-tighten planning, strengthen risk management, and modernize workflows (primarily waterfall) to increase speed and predictability.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline and/or Business.
  • 6+ years of progressive program/project management experience in aerospace or defense, including people leadership.
  • Strong program finance skills (ETC/EAC forecasting, program P&L, risk/opportunity estimation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition) with comfort using metrics and dashboards to drive decisions.
  • Experience building scalable program management systems (tools, templates, governance, reporting) and driving adoption across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning discipline, including integrated master schedules, clear critical-path thinking, and waterfall execution.
  • Executive-level communication and customer presence-able to translate complex program data into clear decisions and actions.
  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance(s) (e.g., DOE / DoD Secret), as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications
