Developing strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor also goes a long way in ensuring positive customer experiences and personal growth within the role.

Is AI replacing tech support?

AI is increasingly used in technical support to handle routine inquiries and troubleshoot common issues, allowing support staff like a Technical Support Intern to focus on more complex problems.
