Summary: This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional interested in combining warehouse operations, customer coordination, and technical support. As a Technical & Sales Assistant, you will support logistics, inventory, product preparation, and customer-facing coordination while gaining exposure to technical troubleshooting and demonstrations. This position offers a strong growth path into advanced software and technical support responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with technical kit preparation, packing, shipping, and logistics coordination.
  • Perform product testing and verification before shipment.
  • Maintain organized inventory and support stock tracking efforts.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations, and product discussions.
  • Support sales and technical teams with documentation and database updates.
  • Utilize Monday.com and CRM/database systems to track activities and customer information.
  • Expand into software troubleshooting, training support, and customer demonstrations as product knowledge grows.
