Are you passionate about technology, training, and helping others succeed? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Technical Trainer to join our growing operation. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in smartphone and laptop repair who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing talent, and creating high-performing teams.
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and developing both new hires and existing employees. You will play a critical role in ensuring employees are equipped with the technical skills, operational knowledge, and confidence needed to perform successfully while maintaining company quality and compliance standards.

What You'll Do
Training & Development
  • Conduct classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Train team members on smartphone and smart device diagnostics, screening, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
  • Provide instruction on Level 2 (L2) hardware repairs and refurbishment procedures.
  • Educate employees on workflow processes, production standards, login/logout procedures, and internal systems usage.
  • Simplify technical concepts for employees with varying levels of experience and technical knowledge.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and assessment tools.
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee progress documentation.
  • Ensure training programs meet company quality standards, audit requirements, and compliance expectations.
  • Support audit readiness through proper documentation and process adherence.
Operational Support
  • Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to ensure training aligns with current business needs.
  • Assist technical support teams when needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on employee feedback, operational metrics, and business changes.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience repairing and refurbishing smartphones, tablets, laptops, or similar electronic devices.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Device diagnostics and screening
    • Quality control and inspection processes
    • Level 2 (L2) hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) requirements and proper handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate groups of employees.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Team Lead, Supervisor, or Coach.
  • Experience working in electronics refurbishment, repair centers, manufacturing, or production environments.
  • Familiarity with audit processes, compliance requirements, and process documentation.
  • Experience utilizing internal systems, databases, and operational software.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
