How to become a technical assistant?

Career: Technical Assistant

Fulfilling your duties as a Technical Assistant will involve helping your team leader by providing client and internal support with a wide range of administrative and technical responsibilities. That means you’ll need to prove your skills as a detail-oriented self-starter who can complete assignments even in high-pressure situations. You should have a working knowledge of the software and equipment your employer uses as well as good basic computer skills. Education beyond a high school diploma or GED is often not required, but some college background, especially in computer science or a related field, can be advantageous. Employment with some companies might require a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical fields.
