Team Lead - Gluer / Assembler or Glue Machine Operator / Laminator

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Team Leads to join our manufacturing team. These positions are responsible for leading production employees while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Depending on the position, candidates will oversee manual gluing and assembly operations or operate and lead glue machine/laminator production.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support production team members throughout the shift.
  • Ensure daily production goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Train and mentor new employees.
  • Monitor product quality and address production issues.
  • Operate or oversee gluing, laminating, or manual assembly equipment.
  • Verify materials and finished products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized following 5S and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to improve workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
