Located on the fourth floor of the flagship Louis Vuitton store at 6 East 57th Street, the café is conceived to be a lively destination for visitors to feel immersed in an atmosphere of cultural inspiration while indulging in a creative menu in collaboration with Chef Kylian Goussot and French chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frederic.

This position offers a comprehensive package including: A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 plus quarterly bonus potential up to 10%, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of culinary management experience in a fine dining or Michelin-rated restaurant
- Driven towards consistency and service excellence with a high determination and attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective at managing, motivating, and mentoring a diverse staff
- Desire to learn from our culinary leaders and develop professionally and personally
