WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Personally drive top-line store sales by leading from the front and actively selling on the floor
  • Support day-to-day operations, store appearance, and customer experience alongside the Store Manager and ASM
  • Create a high-performance selling culture by coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teammates
  • Deliver hands-on product demos that connect emotionally and drive results
  • Engage with guests proactively. Ask the right questions, recommend with confidence, and overcome objections with ease
  • Train new hires as a shadow partner and help them reach their sales targets
  • Lead by example in setting, tracking, and achieving individual and store sales goals
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure replenishment, and help keep the store sparkling
  • Jump in on POS when needed to ensure fast and friendly transactions
  • Understand and manage store performance metrics like ADS, TPH, shrink, and payroll
  • Bring creative suggestions to boost productivity and guest engagement

YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have experience leading small teams in luxury, premium, or high-volume retail
  • Want an income structure where your hustle and leadership are rewarded
  • Are motivated by personal sales and team results
  • Know how to coach with empathy, clarity, and accountability
  • Enjoy creating magical moments for customers, especially families and children
  • Are comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working holidays/weekends
  • Appreciate a professional appearance policy (inappropriate tattoos must be covered)
  • Thrive in a family-first, joyful, and results-driven company culture
