Job Summary:


The General Manager provides strategic leadership and oversees all operational aspects of hospitality services for the Travel Task Force team. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across all departments-culinary, front office, housekeeping, logistics-and maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance at various mobile or temporary work locations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct and manage all hospitality operations for field assignments, including lodging, food services, front office, and logistics
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and team leads to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company standards, compliance requirements, and audit team needs
  • Monitor resource allocation, staffing, and supply chain logistics to support multiple mobile deployment sites
  • Resolve escalated issues across departments, ensuring timely solutions and maintaining team morale
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and workflows for temporary work environments
  • Collaborate with audit leadership to ensure hospitality operations enhance team productivity and comfort
  • Review and analyze operational data, budgets, and feedback to drive performance improvements and cost-efficiency

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in multi-departmental management within hospitality, event logistics, or mobile operations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and complex field operations under tight timelines
  • High adaptability to travel-based work environments and changing field conditions
