Key Responsibilities

  • Travel on short notice within your assigned region, staying on-site for 1-3 weeks per assignment.
  • Conduct one-day visits to assist with specific staffing challenges at individual properties.
  • Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Verifiable hotel operational experience across multiple departments.
  • Ability to travel on short notice, including same-day travel.
  • Comfortable being away from home for extended periods.
  • Capable of standing, walking for long periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
