Task Force Contract Sheraton Hotel Banquet Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN, 55403

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Task Force Contract Banquet Manager to join our team at the Sheraton in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet management, with proficiency in Hotel CI/TY, TOAST, and Lightspeed systems. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced banquet environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all banquet operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and functions.
  • Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal teams to ensure all banquet requirements are met.
  • Utilize Hotel CI/TY, TOAST, and Lightspeed software to manage event orders, billing, and inventory.
  • Supervise banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to banquet operations.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain quality and consistency of banquet offerings.
Qualifications
