Job Summary:


The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting work areas, coordinating cleaning schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of facilities used during audit events or team lodging.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to company standards
  • Assign daily cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff based on event or audit schedules and ensure proper time management
  • Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping work areas, including offices, meeting rooms, and lodging facilities, to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and reporting any shortages or maintenance needs
  • Address housekeeping-related issues or complaints from team members or event participants in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of cleaning materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure seamless coordination with the audit team and other departments, ensuring spaces are ready for audit activities

Qualifications:
