We are seeking a motivated and energetic Area Hotel Task Force Member with operational experience across various hotel departments. This role offers the chance to work closely with different properties, gain valuable leadership skills, and enjoy excellent benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily operational support to short-staffed hotels and fill in for departmental supervisory roles.
  • Travel on short notice within your assigned area and stay at locations for 1-3 weeks as needed.
  • Assist with specific staffing issues through one-day trips to individual properties.
  • Train and coach hotel staff on brand standards, policies, and technology.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Verifiable hotel operational experience with a strong background in multiple departments.
  • Ability to travel same day and stay away from home for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
