Atira Hotels is seeking an experienced Task Force Hotel Manager for an immediate opening. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who is passionate about operational excellence and enjoys traveling to support multiple Marriott hotels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marriott hotel operations and be able to step into leadership roles quickly, stabilize hotel operations, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position requires flexibility, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to different hotel environments while maintaining Marriott brand standards.
Position Summary
The Task Force Hotel Manager will provide operational leadership and support to Marriott hotels across our portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving guest satisfaction, developing hotel teams, supporting General Managers, and maintaining brand compliance during leadership transitions, staffing shortages, new hotel openings, or special projects.
Qualifications
Candidates must have previous Marriott hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Head. A strong understanding of Marriott brand standards and hotel systems is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and have the ability to motivate teams while achieving financial and operational goals. Travel is required.
